Unify - What is an Active identity?
What is an Active identity?
The default definition of an Active identity is one that is 1) fed into Unify from your Source of Truth and 2) has had a behavioral activity occur within the last 30 days. The Active Identity logic can be customized if your organization has a specific field that properly delineates an active employee vs. a terminated one. If a custom Active Identity field is declared the default logic is overridden. You can filter Unify to show only Active Identities in your Unify Settings tab.
