Through my own experience and in talking to several fellow practitioners, I find many don't want to become technical, move into management, or eye the CISO role -- they just want to excel and grow in awareness. This talk considers how we can level up in our careers by leveraging behavior science & design and how we start to garner support for expanding capability in our own industry.

She firmly believes the most impactful awareness work uses behavior design methodologies. She has worked in security awareness for eight years, at organizations ranging from small business to mid-size to enterprise levels.
